Idea- Tiger Thief

I've played with a lot of ideas over the past day. I decided on the cub/boy character in the lower right of the second image. His design wont change as much as his colors now; I can't decide on his ethnicity (Russian vrs Indian) or colors (white vrs orange). Name will come last.

Backstory ideas: An actual theif  boy, leader of a group of others like him. A rich child whose parents dont care, so he spends his time being a kelpto type. I've decided on a victorian-type era.
